Ok...Now I am on a roll...

Can we just discuss this whole My Space stuff? That is amazing! I first heard about it through my sister, so I thought it was just a kid/high school thing. Now I am seeing that more and more adults do it, too!!! YIKES!! I am so behind in the times!

I was with my friend Maryn tonight, and went onto My Space. (my work computer doesn't allow me to go onto that sight... and I can see why :) ) I couldn't believe my eyes with some of the stuff that is put on there!! WOW is all I can say. They whole thing is so addictive, though. You look at one person's sight, then you can look at their friends, then at their friends, and so on and so on. We were just clicking away at all the stuff out there for everyone to see. There are home videos, music, lots of things that I know I didn't need to see, nor want to see ever again. WOW, I have to say again. Who knew ??? (besides me, apparently!)

For my birthday this year, Titus surprised me with a trip to San Francisco! Titus had never been to the city before, so it was really fun to go with him and see it all!! And we did see it all!! It was an absolutely beautiful weekend. It is rare that the weather is so nice and clear here. It was a perfect weekend for a birthday!
Our first stop was to the Golden Gate Bridge.
I thought we were just going to see it and maybe walk a little bit, but 3 miles later we had gone across and back!! When I do it again (because it was GORGEOUS!) I will make a mental note NOT to wear flip flops.

Half-way through our journey...

We thought the sign above the phone was comical..."Emergency phone and crisis counseling." Apparently, every two weeks a person jumps off the Golden Gate Bridge...I guess they do have need for crisis counseling.

We also hit Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli's Square, Pier 39, China Town and finally back to Union Square all in one long day. We did need to do all of our sightseeing on a budget, so we mostly walked the entire thing.

Later that evening, we had tickets to my all time favorite show, Beach Blanket Babylon. The show has been running over 32 years and it is still going stong. They change the show up to feature some current events. They are especially known for being HILARIOUS and having these amazing hats! Titus seemed to like it too, lots of political jokes. :) It was great!

We stayed at the Galeria Park Hotel in Union Square. It was right in the heart of all the shopping. It would have been grand, if I had not been on Shopping Probation!! It was a challenge, but I did not even go into ONE store. Even with my favorite store, Loehmann's right across the street!

So that was our weekend. It was the best Birthday present! Titus is great, I am a lucky girl!
